Please note that the Psychic Eye in Sherman Oaks generally experiences a very high volume of foot traffic and telephone calls. All customers are important to us, and are always dealt with in the order in which they are received, both in person or by phone.

As such, minimal wait time is normal and should be expected….but at least we don’t have one of those automated computer-voiced answering systems guaranteed to infuriate!
